Through a variety of the courses related to hotel management, the department aims to train the students as professional hoteliers equipped with professional knowledge and skills required in the hotel management industry. The students will have opportunities to have a number of field experiences available through university-industry collaboration. The department works closely with the leading hotel companies and offers a variety of internship programs for the students. The department puts an emphasis on foreign language training as it is one of the core skills required as a hotelier.
