The Department of Language and Rehabilitation Counseling aims to train person-centered language rehabilitation professionals. We prepare students to care for those with communication difficulties through early detection, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment (rehabilitation) for the entire life cycle (from infancy to old age).

The goal is to foster specialists with a wide range of clinical skills. We focus on systematic education for students acquiring 1+1 national certificate for language rehabilitation and child care teaching.
We also operate a speech therapy clinic in the university and give students clinical practice-oriented education.
